Tom Dockweiler is founder and President of Dockweiler Consultants.

A lifelong south suburban resident, Tom's business career began at adowntown Chicago bank where he rapidly progressed from a commercial lending trainee position to Vice President and Division Manager. It was only 15 years later that Tom joined the Bank of Homewood as the bank's President.
